White At Home Ads App Privacy Policy

LW HOME LLC, doing business as White At Home, uses ROAS Dashboard – Shakespeare to manage its Meta advertising and analyze advertising performance. This policy covers that app and the related advertising-management workflow.
Information we process
When an authorized team member connects a Meta account, we process information allowed by the permissions they grant. This can include basic profile information, advertising account and business-asset identifiers, campaign and ad-set settings, ad names and identifiers, creative images and text, destination links, and advertising performance information such as spend, impressions, and clicks. Access credentials allow the app to communicate with Meta.
We also maintain advertising reports, asset files, and records of advertising changes. Affiliate reporting data may be combined with advertising metrics to evaluate return on advertising spend.
How we use information
We use this information to prepare and manage ads, verify links and creative assets, measure performance, reconcile advertising records, and troubleshoot errors. Access is intended for White At Home's authorized team and the service providers supporting these tasks.
Service providers and disclosures
Our workflow uses Meta's services and may use cloud storage, hosting, analytics, and AI-assisted tools to process selected advertising information on our behalf. We share information with providers as needed for those functions. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect accounts and address fraud or security incidents. We do not sell information obtained through this app.
Retention and security
We retain advertising reports and operational records while needed for historical performance analysis, reconciliation, and operation of the service, subject to applicable deletion requirements. Credentials and account access are limited to authorized uses. We use access controls and take reasonable steps to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and data deletion
You can revoke the app's Meta access through the relevant Meta account settings. Revoking access does not automatically remove records already stored in our workflow.
To ask about your information or request deletion, email collabs@whiteathome.com with the subject “ROAS Dashboard privacy or deletion request.” Include enough information to identify the account or records involved; do not send passwords or access tokens. We may verify your identity before acting. We will delete applicable information from systems under our control and coordinate deletion with our service providers, except where retention is legally required. We will explain any applicable exception when responding.
